David Brilowski, D.D.S.

Dr. David Brilowski earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from Marquette University in 1985, following his studies at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

In 1996, Dr. Brilowski acquired his first practice, located in Palmyra and then proceeded to open his second office in Brookfield in 1997. Today, Dr. Brilowski still sees familiar and new patients regularly at our new Capitol Drive office.

Dr. Brilowski enjoys working with his son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Brock Brilowski and Dr. Karin Brilowski. All three doctors now practice at our Capitol Drive office together. He is also excited about all of the new offerings at Brilowski Family Dentistry, including Botox®, Invisalign®, whitening treatments and veneers. The future includes also placing in-house dental implants, adding convenience for our patients.

A Wisconsin native, Dr. Brilowski grew up in Stevens Point and now calls Okauchee home. His wife Pam, also a Marquette University graduate (Dental Hygience ’84), are the proud parents of three children, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law and two grandchildren - Brianna, Ryan, Lennon & Lowe, Brett, and Brock & Karin. In his free time Dr. Brilowski enjoys golfing, reading and teasing his granddaughter.

Brock Brilowski, D.D.S.

Dr. Brock Brilowski D.D.S. is a graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry, and a Milwaukee native. As the son of a dentist and dental hygienist, Dr. Brock focuses on treating his patients with care and compassion, and he understands that each patient has different expectations for their dental treatment. His goal is to create treatment plans guided by the concerns of the patient and his professional expertise, to achieve the best results for everyone.

Dr. Brock’s interests include reading, skiing, golfing, the outdoors, and all things dogs. He is a dog dad to his blue heeler, Roo and always makes time to get to know his patients (and their dogs). He looks forward to meeting both new and returning patients, and is excited to help Brilowski Family Dentistry flourish in the Brookfield community.

Karin Brilowski, D.D.S.

Dr. Karin Brilowski is originally from the Wisconsin Dells, where she grew up spending most summers working at water parks and her family dental office. She then went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Marquette University.

Dr. Karin is certified in Invisalign and Botox and is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) and the American Dental Association (ADA).

Dr. Karin and her husband (Dr. Brock) call Wauwatosa home with their dog, Roo and enjoy getting outside as much as possible. She is incredibly excited to work at her own practice and grow Brilowski Family Dentistry to serve families and patients of the community. Dr. Karin takes pride in developing individualized treatment plans for each patient to prioritize their wants and needs. She especially loves getting to know her patients and makes it a priority to ensure patients are always comfortable in the dental office and are treated like family.

Jill, Office Manager

Our office simply would not run without Jill. She has been with Brilowski Family Dentistry from the start. Many of our patients even remember Jill from working with Dr. Brilowski’s predecessor, Dr. Duke. In fact, a favorite part of her job includes, “meeting and getting to know so many wonderful patients over the years and watching their kids grow up and have families of their own.” Our most common question from patients when they call, “is Jill there?” Jill is the keeper of all things, master of everything, has the answer to every question and can fix anything. On top of it, she does it all with a smile.

Jill is the proud mom and grandmother to three children, and (almost!) four grandchildren. She is married to her husband Ron and in her free time loves to read, garden, spend time with family and friends, and go on walks with her rescue dogs Winnie and Louie.

Allison, Lead Dental Assistant

For ten years Allison has worked alongside us as a dental assistant. Allison is the perfect mix of mindreader and compassionate sidekick. As a former Midwest Express flight attendant, Allison knows a thing or two about customer service. And now at Brilowski Family Dentistry, her #1 priority is to help make each and every patient feel welcome and comfortable throughout their dental visit. We know that longtime patients would agree, Allison is the best assistant to have by your side.

In her free time, Allison loves to volunteer at her church, spend time with her family and enjoys watching old movies. She and her husband have four children and five grandchildren.

Pam, Dental Hygiene Consultant

If you know Pam, then you know her extensive background in dental hygiene. She graduated from Marquette University’s School of Dental Hygiene in 1984, where she met her husband, Dr. Dave. Post graduation she worked for several, Milwaukee-based dentists, and later went on to teach medical occupations in the Milwaukee Public School and Waukesha School systems. A natural in the classroom, Pam transitioned to program director for WCTC’s dental hygiene department. In 2014, she retired from teaching after almost 30 years.

Today, she is a jack (and master!) of all trades. She is a health inspector for the City of Milwaukee and still holds her license for a quick prophy. She is Gaga to two grandchildren and Mom (and mother-in-law) to five others. In her free time, she loves attending Marquette basketball games, traveling, baking/cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Colleen, Dental Hygienist

“I love Brilowski Family Dentistry because it is a true family environment. The patients are also like family and I love giving them the best cleaning possible, and getting to know them,” says Colleen. While she’s worked with us for six years, Colleen has “been a hygienist for a very long time,” in her own words. In fact, she has known the Brilowski family for over 40 years, originally meeting as colleagues in the dental world. It’s no wonder why Colleen has a dedicated and loyal patient base. She treats every one of her patients with individualized care, spending quality time listening and getting to know them. To boot, she has the best smile - something we really appreciate in our line of work.

Colleen has been married to her husband Scott for 31 years, and together they have two children, Caleen and Jake. In her free time she enjoys walks with her Frenchie, Hank, spending time with her kids and loves to go shopping with friends.

Joan, Dental Hygienist

Our hygienist, Joan is a Marquette grad and has been with BFD for over five years. Joan is an incredible asset to our team, as she has a wide breadth of knowledge and experience. She especially loves to educate young patients on the importance of proper dental care. And she’s an expert, Joan also teaches dental hygiene at WCTC. Joan’s husband is also a dentist and they have known the Brilowski family for years.

RDH isn’t the only title she claims, Joan is also the proud grandma to two grandchildren, and Mom to three. In her spare time Joan loves to cook, hike, garden and plays soccer.

Jamie, Office Administrator

You may be visiting because you need a good dentist. Did you know, we also refer to a great hair stylist? Jamie is a full-time hairdresser, part-time office admin here at BFD. Jamie is one-of-a-kind. Full of infectious, positive energy, Jamie’s personality and work ethic make such an impact. Jamie has known the Brilowski family for over 25 years, and now professionally they have the opportunity to work together. Jamie says, “I am new to Brilowski Family Dentistry. I look forward to greeting patients and being part of an awesome work crew.”

Together, Jamie and Ben have three children: Piper, Cooper and Crosby. In her free time she loves to spend time in St. Germain, and watch the kids’ sporting events in baseball, dance, and soccer.

Maddie, Dental Assistant

Part-time dental assistant/office admin, full-time UWM student, Maddie is one busy bee. She started working with us in July 2023 and says of her position,"I really enjoy the bond I was able to create so quickly here. I love how friendly and kind everyone is, especially our patients.” We love Maddie because she brings an incredible can-do attitude to her role everyday, she’s eager to learn and is a lot of fun to work with. She’s quickly become an important part of our team and is a rock star with patients. Maddie enjoys crafting in her free time and hanging out with family.

Mary, Dental Assistant

Last year, we were lucky to bring Mary aboard. Our staff and patients alike, love having Mary here at BFD. With an inherent chair-side manner, Mary is not only considerate, intuitive and attentive to patients’ needs, she’s also mastered assisting. Mary has an all-in, team player attitude - from greeting and answering phones, to brightening up patients’ days, she’s on it! Mary says of working at BFD, “I love the dental environment, it’s so unique and different from any other area in health care. You have quality one-on-one time with your patients and can make significant improvements to their well being immediately.”

Mary currently studies at Marquette, and will begin her transfer to MATC in fall to begin her dental hygiene journey.

Brianna, Marketing Manager

As a proud daughter and sister, Brianna is excited for people to “see what I see.” A Marquette College of Comm grad, Brianna has experience in tourism, fashions and yes, even dental PR/marketing. After leaving her position as clinical marketing manager for Young Dental in 2014, Brianna (with her Mom, Pam) opened Sweet Tooth, a bakery specializing in wedding desserts. Brianna still runs the bakery, now from her home - and now doing so while raising two children (Lennon and Lowe), and three weiner dogs (Milly, Lily and Lucy) with her husband, Ryan.

If you have any questions, concerns, charity inquiries, event opportunities, etc. Brianna is our go to, as she handles all of our social, web and event marketing. She’s especially proud/fond of BFD’s National Children’s Dental Health Month program, which provided educational resources to over 600 students this year.
